latest patch

One of our systems support personnel says there is a new
security patch for SQL Server 2000.
How can I find and download that patch?
How can I be notified of future patches/service packs?

AdriaI don't know of a SQL Server security patch in some time. See
http://www.aspfaq.com/2160 for a summary of other updates (e.g. hotfix
releases).
